If you are trying to get healthy, I wish you all the luck in the world. If you know someone who is trying to regain his or her health, I encourage you to encourage your friend. They need it more than you think, and maybe even more than they will admit. Even if it is just an attaboy/attagirl, or you can do it, goes a long way. Let them know you are there for them, even if it is just in spirit. The more people they know are behind them, the more likely they are to succeed. Remember this though: never, never, never x3, say anything negative, like: “you are looking much better, but you still have a long way to go”! The first part is golden, but the last part is poison!
