Hockey Star Aislyn

Aislyn, whilst at her school’s BBQ family picnic, she lost one of her bottom teeth. (unfortunately, Danika and I were at home. Danika is sick. :-( ). Shortly after coming home, settling in a bit, Janice pulled the VERY loose upper tooth. Two teeth in one day! And AFTER school pictures, earlier today.

Whilst on a family walk, on our way home, Danika decided to hug some trees! A Druidess in the making me thinks, no?

It was so warm, the girls only had on sweaters and I just had on a shirt.. (+9^{o c})

The Day's Adventures

Today we had a hell of a lot of snow! Let's see now, Janice woke up and couldn't get back to sleep so she went to the living room to see if a movie will lull her to sleep (as she does when she can't sleep). The outside door was locked but open. (No, no break in) the door wouldn't catch shut. She propped a chair in front to keep it closed for the rest of the night. Come the morning, there was snow (in spots) over a meter of snow! Janice and I shoveled the walk and driveway and headed to Home Depot for a new door and a new spark plug for the snow blower. As it turned out, all we needed was a new brass plate for the door jam. $2000 or $2.00? What is $2.00 Alex? lol. :) We are expecting another 1/2 meter of snow over night. Thank the Gods for our snow blower eh?
