The long road

Danika and I went for a walk to the playground just after Aislyn got on the bus for school. It was nice to have a good enough day for that. Once Aislyn gets home, we'll have to do that again!

Toboggining fun

Once Aislyn gets home from kindergarten, has a snack, et cetera, we'll be going toboggining! Can't wait! (She gets home from the buss @ ~ 16:11).

What is "Balance"?

To me, balance is having all areas of one strong and regular. (Physical, Mental, psychological, spiritual and Emotional). (Spirit is one's passion. It's not a religious thing). For myself, I'm not balanced! I let my body go, but I am doing something about it! (After I get my abdominal hernia fixed that is). It is not an ideology, or a religious spiritual thing. It's an ideal in which most people aspire, but seldom achieve.
